Teddy is not your traditional motivational speaker, he dispenses with the corporate presentation of clickers and powerpoint and instead offers a relaxed and entertaining "in conversation" format discussing his experiences and career achievements with an interviewer and invites questions from the audience over a period of 40 - 45 minutes with or without a short interval.
